On 13th September 2013, during a history lesson on P.G.C.E course we were presented with the worksheets shown in the slideshow below and told to use the Inspyro and QR code apps on the iPads to view the I was surprised and excited by what I saw...the images came to life! I am interested to find out more about augmented reality and how this can be used in the classroom to literally bring learning to life!

I have downloaded the app Aurasma which is a augmented reality app and can be used to create your own images to bring to life! (Click on the logo to access the website).
I have experimented with this app and managed to create a bird that jumps around. My intention is to continue to fathom the uses of this intriguing app to create exciting and surprising learning experiences for children.
